Description
Anastrol is and oral drug containing the active substance Anastrozole which is used in medicine for treatment of breast cancer after surgery, as well as for metastasis in both pre and post-menopausal women. Anastrol works by inhibiting the synthesis of estrogen. It is also used in auxiliary therapy in the primary treatment (surgery with or without radiation) to prevent cancer cells from multiplying.
With Anastrol the quality of the muscle should be greater, the athlete appearing harder and much more defined without holding excess water. This is why this product is very often used after a cycle and in stack with medications that can produce unnecessary water retention. Anastrol has also been tested for reducing estrogens, including estradiol, in men. This drug has the capacity to reduce the estrogen from the body by about 50%. Those 50% of estrogen which remain in the body after taking Anastrol, are also very useful as they reflect the benefits of anabolic effect of the taken steroids.
Because Anastrol has a short active life – approximately 48 hours the dosages are usually taken several times a day at equal intervals. There are cases when only 0.25 mg per day are enough to achieve the necessary results. Nevertheless the usual dosage for male bodybuilders is form 0.5 to 1 mg or more each day. For female athletes, a maximum dosage of 1 mg per day is enough to counter estrogenic side effects. Anastrol can be stacked with such drugs as Dianabol or Testosterone and in this case gynecomastia and water retention can be effectively blocked. In combination with Propecia one drug is halting estrogen conversion and the other is blocking 5-alpha reduction and the both drugs side effects are minimized. Anastrol should be used from the first day of the cycle and ceased the usage on 4 th-6 th week after the Post cycle therapy is finished.
The side effects of Anastrol are quite mild and it is one of the friendliest drugs for bodybuilders to use. However one can experience general side effects as: anxiety; back, bone, breast, joint, muscle, or pelvic pain; constipation; cough; diarrhea; dizziness; flu-like symptoms (muscle aches, tiredness); hair loss; headache; hot flashes; loss of appetite; mild stomach pain; nausea; sore throat; stomach upset; sweating; trouble sleeping; vaginal dryness; vomiting; weakness or weight gain.
